Our maintenance agreements consist of a pre-scheduled on-site visit by one of our certified technicians on a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly basis. During this on-site visit, our technician will complete a thorough inspection of all PCs at your location to help locate any potential hardware failures before they cause costly downtime. We will also check for any viruses or spyware on your computers. We will work with you to provide a complete backup solution to your valuable business data, including off-site data retention services. Security assessments can also be performed, and we can also provide your employees with security awareness training. Other services are also available based on the needs of your business.
We understand that problems may occur between service visits, so we also offer standard on-site service at a reduced rate to resolve any issues that arise between pre-scheduled visits.
